Prof. Soumendra Roy:
Prof. Roy is a faculty in the field of Finance and Insurance. He has done his graduation in Accounting from Calcutta University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India. He has done his Industrial Training from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (M.D.) for 1 year. He started his career as an Accounts Officer in a Paint Company which was engaged in the manufacturing of paints. Then he worked in a Construction Company. Thereafter, he became a freelancer and was engaged in practice of Cost and Management Accountancy, almost for 4 years, before joining academics as a full timer. He has wide experience in statutory cost audit in ECL, CCL, Internal audit, Inventory audit and the like. He has also experience of survey & loss assessment on fire, marine and miscellaneous insurance as a IRDA approved surveyor & loss assessor. He was associated with teaching as a visiting faculty to few B-Schools, EIRC of ICWAI. For the last three years, he has been working as a faculty member in ICFAI National College.

Vijay Prakash Anand
Vijay Prakash Anand is a management post graduate with specialization in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune. He has done his graduation from St. Xavier’s College with Economics Honours and has been ranked fifth in the University. He has also done Diploma in Computer Applications and Certificate Course in Photography. He has got more than 12 years of experience in the field of Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Academics and Research. His areas of expertise are Marketing Management, Marketing Strategy, Integrated Marketing Communications / Advertising & Promotions. He has taught in leading Business Schools in India like Symbiosis, Pune, Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune, S P Jain, Mumbai, Pune University MBA Department as a part time faculty member and in EMPI Business School, New Delhi, NIILM-Centre for Management Studies, New Delhi and IES Management College, Mumbai University as a full time faculty member. He has also conducted workshops for Ad Film Making in many leading B-Schools. He has also edited four newsletters and newsmagazines. He has presented three papers in the national and international conferences. He has also published papers in journals of national repute. He has contributed many articles and columns in leading newspapers in India.
 
Mrs. Neetu Kwatra
She is pursuing Ph.D from Chitrakut University, M.P. in HRM, “Consumer services in Regional Rural Banks”. She is M.Phil from CDLU, Sirsa and MBA from MDU, Rohtak. She has done BBA (Finance and IT) from MDU, Rohtak. She has 4 years corporate experience and two years of academic experience.
 
Miss Rashmi Jain
She is pursuing Ph.D. in finance from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar. She has 1.5 years of teaching experience. She is M.B.A. (in Finance and Marketing) from Amity Business School and she has done B.com from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
 
Mr. Vishal Kamra
He is UGC-NET Qualified in Dec., 2008 in Management Science, MBA.(HRM and Marketing ) from Kurukshetra University and APGDCA from MDU, Rohtak. He has six months teaching experience in BITS, Bhiwani.
 
R.C. Dagar
He is pursuing Ph.D. in HRM from Dravidian University, Chittoor (A.P.). He is MBA (HRM & Mktg.) from Nagpur University. Beisde it he has Master degree in English Literature & Library Science. He has more than three years experience in industry & two years experience in teaching.
 
Prof. (Dr.) A.K. Singh
Dr. A. K. Singh has done his MBA and Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University (BHU). With more than 23 years of rich experience in the industry, academics, and research, he has been awarded his doctorate degree in Human Resource Management stream. He has also published two research papers in esteemed journals like Growth and Prabandh. In the industry, he has more than 15 years of work experience in key positions in HR department with Arunachal Plywood Industries Limited, The Ganges Manufacturing Company and Victoria Jute Works. He has also got research experience for five years in BHU. He joined academics as the Director of GNIT- MBA Institute, Greater Noida and then worked as the Director with GNIT’s Vinayak Management School for its PGDM programme. Thereafter, he worked with Venkateshwara’s group of institutions in Meerut for its MBA , PGDM,BBA,BCA programme.
 
Mr. Chand Prakash Saini
Mr. Chand Prakash Saini has done his MBA from Rai Business School, New Delhi. He has more than three years of experience in the corporate and in academics. His areas of expertise are Marketing and Retail Management.

Visiting Faculty
Dr. Manjula Shyam
Dr. Manjula Shyam has had an illustrious career as an educator spanning more than three decades. She served as the Director of International Executive Programs at the School of Management at Yale University, taught MBA students as a Professor of International Business and served as Director of International Programs at the business school of Carnegie Mellon University, and prior to that, served as a Professor of International Relations at the University of Minnesota and George Williams College. She was a Visiting Professor at IIM, Ahmedabad in 1981-82. As a university administrator in the United States she set up international exchange programs with over a dozen universities in Asia and Europe. She founded and directed a Summer Institute for enhancing and enriching the MBA curricula for international students at Carnegie Mellon University. She initiated, directed and organized over 50 executive programs for very senior level executives from Asia, Europe and Latin America in addition to the United States. She is the author of three books and over a dozen research articles in refereed international journals.

She has had a distinguished academic record. She was a topper in high school in the U.P. Board, received the Chancellor’s Medal from Agra University for her BA, and several gold medals from Lucknow University in MA. She was awarded the Fulbright Fellowship for graduate study at University of California, Berkeley, and received her Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in Public and International Affairs in 1974. She has traveled extensively all over the world for work and pleasure.

She presented her expert views on “American Culture vs. Indian Culture” on 25th Jan., 2010.

Ashutosh Dutt
Founder of an education consulting firm, Two Steps Ahead (www.2sa.in), he has close to 6 years industry experience of working with companies like Infosys, Evalueserve and Absolut Data Research and Analytics.

For the last couple of years, his team of MBA professionals from premier institute like IIM has delivered various courses in multiple MBA colleges across NCR, Bhopal and Ahmedabad.

Ashutosh is an Engineer from MNNIT, Allahabad and MBA from Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad. He specializes in the field of Marketing, Research and Professional Development. At BIMT, he is a visiting faculty for Marketing and Personality Development.
